By making payment, you and all participants in your booking confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Lesson fees do not include any insurance. All participants are responsible for arranging appropriate travel and/or sports insurance that covers skiing or snowboarding, including accidents and injuries.

Before booking, all participants should ensure they are physically fit to take part in snow sports. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please contact us before making a booking.

By attending the lesson, participants (or their parents/legal guardians) acknowledge that skiing and snowboarding are activities involving inherent risks, including serious injury or death. Chillyhill and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, accident or loss arising from participation in the lesson.

Lesson fees do not include equipment rental or lift passes. Participants are responsible for arranging these before the lesson.

For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet and appropriate protective equipment throughout the lesson.

Full-day lessons include a 1-hour lunch break. Participants may also take short breaks during the lesson if required. Lunch is not included.

Lessons will start and finish at the scheduled time. No additional time will be provided for late arrivals or other personal reasons. Please arrive at the meeting point on time with all required equipment.

Chillyhill is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings before, during or after the lesson.

Once a booking has been confirmed, changes to the lesson (including but not limited to the lesson date, time, or switching between ski and snowboard) are not permitted. Any requested change will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy below.

Lesson fees are non-refundable unless the ski resort officially closes due to severe weather conditions and lessons cannot be conducted.

Payment is accepted by credit card only.

Cancellation Policy

21 days or more before the lesson: 70% refund

14–20 days before the lesson: 30% refund

Within 14 days of the lesson: No refund

If the ski resort officially closes on the lesson day: A full refund will be issued, less a 5% payment processing fee.
