    • The pallet bag is entitled to one entry and exit from the warehouse (warehouse operation only, transportation fee is charged separately. Thereafter, an additional warehouse entry and exit fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for each entry and exit).

Important Information

  • The account opening fee only needs to be paid once, but if you rejoin after your membership has been interrupted, you will need to pay it again.

  • The subscription service is offered on an annual basis, with the subscription period starting from the date of purchase and automatically renewed at the end of each member year to ensure uninterrupted service.
    【Automatic Renewal Terms】 This service is offered on a term contract basis. Unless the user cancels their subscription on the company's official website two days before the contract expires, the contract will be automatically extended for the same period under the same conditions. The user agrees that the company may automatically renew the contract and charge the user according to the renewal terms without obtaining the user's further consent.
    [Automatic Renewal Notifications] We may provide reminders via email or other means before renewal, but such reminders are not part of the renewal terms. We are not responsible if users fail to receive notifications due to reasons such as not checking emails, setting up security issues, spam categorization, or personal negligence.
    【Fees and Payment】 Renewal fees will be automatically deducted according to the plan agreed upon at the time of application. If the deduction fails due to invalid payment method, insufficient balance, or other reasons, the user shall still be responsible for the fees during that period and shall complete the payment as soon as possible after being notified by the company.
    After successful renewal, you will receive an email confirming the new membership period.

  • If you wish to change your membership plan, you need to contact customer service to arrange an update 7 days before the automatic renewal.

  • Customers with silver memberships who have already arranged outbound services during their membership period must purchase additional outbound fees before they can arrange outbound services again.

  • The VIP membership's waxing and polishing service can only be used on one snowboard from the storage bag, and the service period is from October to November before the ski season. Photos will be taken before and after the waxing process and sent to the customer for record-keeping. If you wish to purchase this service, please do so on your membership page before October 31st; otherwise, the service will not be available.

  • If a customer fails to pay the storage fees within the specified period and the pallets are still stored in our warehouse, the customer must pay the storage fees incurred during that period before we can arrange for them to be sent out or retrieved again.

  • If a user chooses to cancel their membership midway through the term, the fees already paid will not be refunded, but the user will still be able to use the membership services until the end of the term.
